Flood Anti-corrosion products are not like ordinary rust paints. Based on our well known Penetrol they are easy to use, very economical and make it easy to control rust in any situation. Other anti-corrosion primers tend to bridge over the many small imperfections found on any metal surface trapping air underneath allowing rust to grow again.
Not so with Flood products. Due to the extremely low surface tension of Penetrol they will penetrate deeply into the smallest pinholes on the steel surface driving out air and moisture, forming a sound base for subsequent overcoating with decorative paints.
Penetrol is used for most domestic tasks and C.I.P. Corrosion Inhibiting Primer for both domestic and commercial applications giving 100% protection from further corrosion attack.
Penetrol Aluminium is both a rust preventative as well as an attractive finishing coat where a bright and attractive appearance is required, for both interior and exterior projects.
Both Penetrol and C.I.P. are unique in that they also have outstanding de-scaling properties for heavy rust formations. All products are highly flexible, will not flake, crack or peel and never need sanding prior to top-coating.
